Hello!

I’m Iro! I am from Machadinho, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. I moved to Washington, DC in 2009. Since moving to DC I’ve been lucky and fortunate to be working in the animal care field. I have worked as a dog walker, pet sitter, dog trainer, and with dog rescue organizations. My experience has given me the knowledge and familiarity of dog’s personality and behavior. My best friend who I call my son is my little boy “Whiskey”. Whiskey is a ShihPoo mix and has filled my heart with unconditional love since I adopted him in 2009, at one year old. He is one of my inspirations for becoming a Pet Photographer.

My Love for animals goes way back before coming to Washington DC. Growing up I had dogs of many breeds that became part of my family. I lived in Porto Alegre Brazil, a country that has many lost and abandoned animals on the street. There, I also worked to help animals, rescuing dogs and cats, getting them veterinary care and finding them homes. Also, I have studied Public Relations and International Business. I owned a Cafe and Spa called Cafe com Pe, where I met my husband Valter who supports and encourages my animal work. I’ve continued to feed my love and dedication to animals as a volunteer photographer for local animal rescue organizations in DC.

5. You can take the picture against a white background by a digital camera, the light should be balanced.
6. Your eyes can’t be covered by hair. Head should be straight.
7. The picture can’t reflect light. Please stand straight and look ahead. Don’t wear glasses.
8. Don’t take the picture under yellow or red light. Take a picture where the camera is 6-8 ft away from your body.
9. You need to do a signature by using a black sharpie pen on white computer paper. Take a picture or scan.

The Spot the golf ball website was created in 2017. Although this project was initially started at the end of 2015. We have had to remake the design several times. Trying to develop a new concept is never easy. But thankfully we have reached our goal. What is Polysomnography?

Polysomnography, also known as sleep study, is a test performed to diagnose sleep disorders. Brain waves, oxygen level in the blood, breathing and heart rate along side movements of the legs and eyes are monitored and recorded.

How does this work?

The purpose of brasilia polysomnography is to extract information about and sleep disorders. It is used to provide clinically accurate data on your sleep as well as snoring, respiratory disorders, abnormal behaviors and movements for the entire duration you sleep. The patient sleep environment conforms to their everyday environment, and their schedule of time and lifestyle before bed is also left to rest. In the above mentioned parameters, the patient is evaluated and a report made according to their behavior.

Guidance:

Do not be under the influence of alcohol or any other substance that can make it difficult to place the electrodes. Avoid coke, coffee, dark tea. The presence of caffeine remains in the body for at least 7 hours which makes it difficult for the patient to sleep at night. The patient should come fed since we do not have meal at night. Make use of your medications regularly. Report on examination day whether it is sensitive to items such as ether or some other item. Bring your own clothes, shoes, toothbrush, hairbrush and toiletries. Hair should be washed before going to the clinic and do not apply any gel or cream. Avoid resting in the middle of the day.
